These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of virtual reality games and related services provided by MDRNgames INC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By accessing or using any of our VR games on Meta Quest, PICO, Steam, PCVR, or Console platforms, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not install, use, or access our services.
These Terms apply to all content developed by MDRNgames INC, including current and future releases, updates, and downloadable content (DLC). Titles include:

If the User is under the age of majority, they must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Users may access our VR Games on Meta Quest and PICO platforms according to the licensing rules of those platforms. Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Users must also comply with the Meta Quest Content Guidelines and PICO Developer Policies when accessing content via those platforms.
Health, safety, and device-specific usage guidelines provided by Meta and PICO must also be followed.

All in-game purchases, subscriptions, or virtual currency transactions made through:

We reserve the right to terminate access for any reason, especially when user behavior violates Meta’s or PICO’s developer agreements or harms others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes related to our VR games will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario.

Device Information: Device ID, IP address, hardware specifications, platform identifiers (e.g., Meta, PICO, Steam). c. Usage Data: Gameplay stats, in-game actions, preferences, achievement tracking, crash reports. d. Location Data: General location based on your IP address or region settings.
Article 3. How We Process User Data Collection: Through account creation, gameplay, DLC purchases, and multiplayer interactions. Storage: Secure storage using encryption and limited access protocols. Analysis: For quality assurance, performance improvement, and development. Sharing: Only when necessary by law, with service providers, or platform holders (e.g., Meta).
