• b. Device Information: Device ID, IP address, hardware specifications, platform identifiers (e.g., Meta, PICO, Steam).
• c. Usage Data: Gameplay stats, in-game actions, preferences, achievement tracking, crash reports.
• d. Location Data: General location based on your IP address or region settings.

Article 3. How We Process User Data

• Collection: Through account creation, gameplay, DLC purchases, and multiplayer interactions.
• Storage: Secure storage using encryption and limited access protocols.

• Sharing: Only when necessary by law, with service providers, or platform holders (e.g., Meta).

Article 5. Data Deletion and Retention

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion. Data is retained only as long as necessary for gameplay, legal, or platform obligations.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of virtual reality games and related services provided by MDRNgames INC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By accessing or using any of our VR games on Meta Quest, PICO, Steam, PCVR, or Console platforms, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not install, use, or access our services.

These Terms apply to all content developed by MDRNgames INC, including current and future releases, updates, and downloadable content (DLC). Titles include:

• Smokin' Spades VR
• SPRAY
• Invictus: Men of Iron
• Hockey+ (Hockey Mini Sticks VR)
• DeathLane VR
• DAWVR (Sine Studio XR)
• Pirate Pillage: The Black Ruby
• Streets of New York
• Streets of Miami
• Tower Tumble
• GRIND XR
   

Available on:

• Meta Quest (App Lab & Store)
• PICO Devices (via PICO Store)
• Steam & Valve devices
• Samsung XR
• Android XR devices
• Console Platforms
   

If the User is under the age of majority, they must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Users may access our VR Games on Meta Quest and PICO platforms according to the licensing rules of those platforms. Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Users must also comply with the Meta Quest Content Guidelines and PICO Developer Policies when accessing content via those platforms.

Health, safety, and device-specific usage guidelines provided by Meta and PICO must also be followed.

Users must ensure:

• Proper lighting and obstacle-free play areas
   
• That they are in good physical condition when playing
   
• Adherence to Meta and PICO's health & safety guidelines (e.g., taking breaks, avoiding prolonged use, stopping when dizzy)
   

We are not responsible for injuries, discomfort, or equipment damage due to improper use.

All in-game purchases, subscriptions, or virtual currency transactions made through:

• The Meta Quest Store
   
• The PICO Store
   
• The Steam Store
   
• Other third-party platforms
   

…are subject to those platforms' terms of service and refund policies.

MDRNgames INC is not responsible for billing, refunds, or disputes related to purchases on those external platforms.

We collect, store, and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, in full compliance with Meta and PICO's Data Protection Requirements.

You may request your data be deleted at any time by:

• In-app deletion (if available)
   
• Emailing mdrnmusic@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
   

We will process deletion requests within 30 days as required by Meta and PICO policies.

Users must not:

• Violate applicable laws or platform-specific policies
   
• Modify, reverse engineer, or distribute our games
   
• Post abusive or harmful content
   
• Harass other players or developers
   
• Use cheats, exploits, or third-party hacks
   
• Upload illegal content via voice, gestures, or avatars
   

Violations may result in account bans, platform enforcement, and legal action.

MDRNgames INC may suspend or discontinue services at any time, without notice, due to:

• Platform outages (Meta / PICO)
   
• Technical updates
   
• Cyberattacks
   
• Business needs
   
• Legal obligations
   

All games, art, audio, music, logos, and code are the intellectual property of MDRNgames INC. Nothing in these Terms transfers rights beyond the limited license granted for gameplay.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any reason, especially when user behavior violates Meta’s or PICO’s developer agreements or harms others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes related to our VR games will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario.

• 遵守 Meta 與 PICO 提供的健康與安全守則（如定時休息、避免長時間遊玩、出現頭暈等症狀時立即停止）
   

若因未遵守安全規則導致身體不適、受傷或設備損壞，本公司恕不負責。

所有遊戲內購買、訂閱或虛擬貨幣交易均透過下列平台進行：

• Meta Quest 商店
   
• PICO 商店
   
• Steam 商店
   
• 其他第三方平台
   

上述購買均受平台服務條款與退費政策約束。
MDRNgames INC 對於該等交易之帳務處理、退費或爭議不負責任。

我們所開發的所有遊戲、美術、音效、音樂、標誌與程式碼皆屬 MDRNgames INC 所有。
本條款不授權用戶取得任何超出個人遊玩範圍的智慧財產權利。

若用戶行為違反 Meta 或 PICO 的開發者協議，或對他人造成損害，我們有權終止其帳號存取權，無需事先通知。

本條款依據 加拿大安大略省法律訂定。
